I know that Ricky Martin has weighed in on the race for the democratic nomination but I’m waiting to hear from the other members of Menudo.  Let’s count all the votes.

I got my official e-invite to the Obama rally scheduled for this coming Tuesday and I am so going.  It’s a chance to be at what could be a historic event and since it’s only five minutes from my house it’s super convenient.  The better half might join me and my Clinton-supporting parents, who totally rule, have offered to watch the kid.  Of course we’ll probably come home to see our sweet baby decked out in Hillary gear but that’s okay.  We’re all about party unity in this family.  Maybe I’ll even live-blog if I can figure out the husband’s Blackberry which, like my 5 year old cell phone, is a complete mystery.  I’m not afraid of technology, mind you, just very lazy about it.  Go here to check out the rally details for yourself.

Every day Bill Clinton seems less like a former president and more like a guy with tin foil on his head.  It is possible that Hillary just plain lost and it’s not the result of any vast left and right and middle left and middle right and slightly left of right conspiracies run by misogynist jerk sacks who have mother issues and hate pantsuits.

Forget about that New Kids on the Block reunion tour, today’s hot ticket is the Democratic National Committee’s Rules and Bylaws Committee.  And what’s on the agenda?  Well they need to update the emergency calling tree, revise the donuts & juice schedule, shuffle paper, look serious and there was something else …  oh yes, talk about what the eff to do with the Michigan and Florida delegations.

I can’t think of a nicer place for Barack Obama to launch his general election campaign.  Saint Paul is the capital city, after all.  Suck on that Minneapolis.

Gee whiz.  I go into blog-hibernation for weeks and Hillary Clinton is still running.  This thing is going on longer than the end of my pregnancy.  My daughter was over two weeks late and only arrived after several interventions involving much interference with my woman parts.  I think Hillary knows this is over but doesn’t know how to get out.  May I suggest an epidural and a no-nonsense labor nurse?  You’re going to feel a little pressure and it might get messy but when you’re going to feel so much better when you’re out.  But you might have a little poop in your hair.  That happens when you stay in too long.

Hillary wants you to get your vote on Guam.  Did she mention the free ice cream that comes with full citizenship?
